Postage and Returns

Postage:

There is a standard charge for post and packing of £5.90 for addresses within the UK. All items except Boots are sent via The Post Office, using the 'Recorded Signed For' service.

All Boots orders are sent by courier, and should take 1 - 3days to arrive.

Although, like most websites, we say "Allow 28 days for delivery", we aim that all items in stock will be dispatched within three working days, once payment has been received, except in times of exceptional demand. We will keep you informed, by email or telephone, in the unlikely event that an item has to be ordered in and may take longer to arrive.

International Customers:

For delivery addresses overseas, you will initially be charged the UK postage rate, at the time of ordering. We will then contact you to inform you of the aditional postage or courrier charges before dispatching your order.

Returning Goods:

We have a 'no questions asked' returns policy, providing goods are returned in their original, undamaged packaging, with all labels intact, and unworn. A full refund will be given. If the item(s) sent to you is either faulty, or not what you ordered, we will cover the cost of postage for its return. Returns must reach us within 7 days of their delivery to you.

Please ensure that returned goods are adequately packed to prevent damage in transit, and be sure to use the 'Recorded and Signed For' service..

Exchange:

If you are returning items for exchange (say, for a different size) please enclose payment of £5.90 for the posting and packing of the new item(s) to be dispatched to you.

BOOTS: When trying on Boots you must wear socks, and stand on a carpet or rug. We cannot accept, for return or exchange, Boots that have been marked in any way, either on the soles or the uppers. We have found the most economical way to ship boots is to use an on-line courier service such as Interparcel and then choose their 'Interparcel Economy' or 'HDNL' service. The dimensions you need to input for 1 pair of boots are as follows: length 63cm, width 40cm. height 40cm. Weight 3 kg. This will cost you approx £6.99.

Damaged goods or missing items:

Please check the condition of your package before signing for it. If you have any issues with its appearance or condition, note this next to your signature, and inform us immediately (within 3 working days).

International Customers:

Yes, we do ship abroad, but we often need to charge additional postage. When you order you will be charged the standard UK P&P of £5.90. If your items are to be sent abroad, we weight them, work out the cost, and contact you so that you have the opportunity to think about the additional cost of shipping before we dispatch. Additional costs are usually paid via PayPal.

A parcel of 1.5kg going outside of the EU costs approx £19.00, so you would need to pay the additional £13.00.

A single item within the EU cost approx £9.00.

The cost of shipping boots outside the EU is often considered prohibitive, at £60.00 to, say Australia. Where possible we will refer customers to suppliers in their own country, or we explore cheaper options such as sea mail.
