I just wanted to drop you a quick email as people are so quick to complain but rarely praise. I have found your service simply fantastic from start to finish. Wow! My purchases arrived the day after we spoke which is nothing short of brilliant. I also liked the returns provision inside which I thought was a great touch - no doubt it helps you but great to see that you back up your no quibble returns policy with action. Thankfully I will not be needing to use it.

I bought some country boots from you earlier this year. They are amazing. I can walk the dogs, go to the shops, do the ponies, rinse off in the brook and straight to the school run. The leather chaps have now arrived and are fantastic! Thought I might struggle a bit with them not being as supple as the faux suede, but no - straight on and zipped up!

I have not ridden for years so did not have jods etc any more but I have just started riding my driving pony again so was needing new jod's and chaps and I must say I am really pleased with them, they are so comfy and really nice quality material etc and a very good fast service from yourselves

Tried them (half chaps) on and they fit great so really pleased. Hopefully I'll be back to you in the future for more goodies!
